Youth Leadership School
Children are our future, and youth is our everything. We need active young people who will develop the city’s community and change opportunities for the region or even the country. To achieve this, young people need knowledge and skills. That is exactly what we offer at the “Youth Leadership School” intensive.
What is this School?
A training where young residents of the city and district learn the basics of civic engagement and addressing local issues and urgent needs.
Who is organizing it?
The Charitable Foundation of the City of Dubno, “Dobrobut”.
What is the goal of this project?
The Youth Leadership School aims to prepare young people for civic engagement and leadership roles through training, practical experience, and mentorship. The goal is to instill confidence, resilience, and a sense of responsibility by providing students with the tools to positively impact their communities and the world.
What does the Youth Leadership School include?
Our Foundation provides a two-day training led by experienced experts in civic engagement, followed by mentorship to implement community initiatives and projects.
How many people can participate in the School?
Up to 30 people, depending on the number of applications received.
What is the expected outcome?
Participants—young people—will gain the knowledge and skills necessary for self-organization, and personal, and social development. Additionally, School participants will have the opportunity to receive funding to implement their social project ideas in the community.
