Strengthening Organizational Capacity by Engaging Foreign Consultants

International cooperation can take many forms. What matters most are the results it delivers. Recently, the Dobrobut team completed a project with Ana Ferrer and Melteo Wells from Barry University, USA. This partnership is an example of international collaboration that brings different perspectives and innovative solutions to addressing human resource development challenges.

Ana Ferrer and Melteo Wells are university students pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resource Development (MS-HRD) at Barry University in Miami, Florida. As part of the joint project, they conducted a monitoring study on the operational efficiency of our organization and the effective engagement of human resources. It is important to note that this study was made possible by the initiative of Geoffrey Glenn, an employee and honorary member of the Dubno Community Foundation.

The expertise of Ana and Melteo significantly contributed to improving the productivity of Dobrobut’s staff, highlighting the value of international cooperation for community development. They provided valuable recommendations and solutions to enhance the organization’s workforce efficiency and conducted a training session for us on April 29.

Understanding the importance of U.S.-Ukraine cooperation, we, the team of the Dubno Community Foundation, are proud of the results achieved through this project. We hope for further cooperation that will contribute to positive changes in the community.
