Informing the Population – A Crucial Step in Building Civil Society

The Dubno Community Fund “Dobrobut,” in partnership with the Dubno Central District Library, carried out activities within the framework of the PULSE project, “Developing a Course to Strengthen Local Self-Governance in Ukraine.”

To properly inform the population of Dubno about decentralization, an information corner was set up in the Dubno Central District Library. The main topic of the informational materials is the basic principles of local self-governance and the development of civic engagement.

The information corner in the library is an accessible and appropriate way to provide visitors and active residents of the city with relevant information.
